Resin Injection

For one of my personal projects, I created custom resin injections by injecting uncured resin into a hollowed out print of clear resin.

Bust of Josh Bass (me)

As a fun personal project, I wanted to create a model of my head with innovative features taking advantage of 3D printing techniques. On the left you can see a 3D printed model of my head which I 3D scanned and printed out in a clear material. In the model, I used models of a spine and a brain, and designed my own nervous system. After uploading these parts into the model, I used the boolean tool in blender on the initial model of my head to make these features hollow. After printing them out, I injected the brain, spine and nervous system with resin and cured the ends with a UV flashlight so no resin leaked out.

Paper Weights

Personalized paper weights I made for my school logo as well as my favorite NFL team.
