accomplishments
Clemson Design-a-thon 2021 (2nd place)
Designed an autonomous irrigation system that produces energy to power buildings. Pitched product in front of a panel of judges where we were asked a series of questions.
Clemson Design-a-thon 2022 (Top in track)
Designed a product that can detect all ingredients in food with a sensor to prevent allergic reactions. Pitched product live in front of panel of judges.
Head of Manufacturing for DBF Team at Clemson
Design Build Fly (DBF) is an annual aviation competition run by the AIAA where 100+ student teams design, fabricate, and demonstrate the flight capabilities of an unmanned, electric powered, radio-controlled aircraft that can best meet the specified mission profile. I manage a team of mechanical engineers in manufacturing the aircraft, where we work on tolerancing, laser cutting and assembling the aircraft
MIT Beaver Works Best Execution Award
While at the very rigorous MIT Beaver Works Summer Institute in 2019, my team and I won the Best Executed Award for our modified 3D printer hack. This award was given to us during the award ceremony on the last day of the program.
FTC Robotics Collins Aerospace Innovate Award
